A Kurdistan Street correspondent reported this morning, the 28th of the month, the death of Dr. Muzaffar Al-Abbasi, one of the oldest and most famous doctors in Kobani, at the age of nearly 100.
Al-Abbasi was the most senior doctor in Kobani and was controversial in his relationship with patients. His habit of telling patients when they would die earned him the nickname “crazy doctor” in Kobani.
It is noteworthy that Muzaffar Al-Abbasi is from the Al-Abbasi family in Idlib. He was born in 1918 and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the French University in Lebanon, affiliated with the University of Bonn, France.
